  2. servicing of Aircond to all rooms (3 nos)
  3. Main Bedroom-
  3a. Option 1- remove existing and replace with new built in wardrobe
  3b. Option 2- replace the laminate finishes of the existing built in wardrobe
  3c. replace toilet floor tiles,
  3d. supply and install water heater cum shower
  3e. new TV point
  4. Bedroom 2- New built in wardrobe
  5. Bedroom 3- New built in Study desk + 1 data cable point
  6. Living room
  6a. Side benches with cushion seat and storage underneath
  6b. Built-in TV cabinet
  6c. Existing ceiling light to remove, replace with Ceiling fan.
  6d. supply and install new ceiling mounted light fittings to around ceiling fan
  7. Dining area
  7a. Option 1 - supply and install mirror
