• Detail:
  1) Overlay laminated flooring to 3 bedrooms (including skirting). Includes alteration of height of doors, if required.
  2) Hack and clear existing ceramics tiles for living and store rooms. Lay homogenous tiles for living and store rooms (with skirting).
  3) Painting for whole house
  4) Built-in wardrobe for 3 bedrooms
  5) Construct 2 sets of chest of drawers (2.5 ft by 3.5 ft and 3 ft by 2.55ft)
  6) Construct study cum computer table (approx 6.85ft by 1.56ft)
  7) Hack and clear existing kitchen cabinets.
  8) Supply 44ft kitchen cabinets with an extension table top for dining purposes (including one sink, one tap, one cooker hob and hood, one oven and 4 chairs/bar stools for the dining table top)
  9) Repair the lock of the main door
  10) Acid wash for the whole house
  
  As we are currently staying in the house with 2 young kids, we would require the contractor to shift furniture while doing the renovation and also to cover our furniture etc so as to minimise the dust level.
