  This flat is about 6 years old with no renovation done before. (62 sqm)
  
  Flooring
  
  The current tiles are white/rough ceramic tiles. The ideal flooring I want to change to is either marble or parquet for the entire flat except the bathroom.
  
  Walls/ceiling
  
  I would like to paint all walls white. There are a few areas where I would like to create a false ceiling in order to put down lights especially in the living room above the sofa area or above the TV.
  
  Built-in stuff
  
  1. I would like to build in a wardrobe around 1.2m in length in the master bedroom.
  2. In front of the bomb shelter, build a false wall that will conceal the entire bomb shelter door and door handle. (Please refer to floor plan)
  
  Kitchen
  
  At the moment, there are pre-existing built in cabinets that are in quite good condition with cooker hob and stove/sink. I would like to replace just the doors and the exterior of these cabinets to put on wood laminate, new handles and hack some tiles on the kitchen wall. (It will look something like picture 2 after renovation)
  
  Bathroom
  
  Hack all wall tiles and flooring and install white wall tiles and preferably the dark stone floor tiles. Remove existing toilet bowl and wash basin and install new white ones. Install a frosted glass panel that will separate the bathing area from the rest of the toilet
