  Doorway of common bathroom is now smaller than standard size door. Need to expand the doorway in order to fit a standard size door.
  
  Changing all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen doors to solid wooden doors. Five doors in total.
  
  Removing old kitchen cabinets. Installing a simple kitchen cabinet (small kitchen).
  
  Painting (1200 sq feet condo).
  
  Floor varnishing (2 bedrooms).
