  Painting works:
  1. To do plastering and painting the whole house: Walls & Ceiling (not including doors)
  
  Plumping works:
  1. Change Toilet flush and water tank
  2. Change Master bedroom toilet bowl
  
  Bathrooms:
  1. Change a bathroom shower heater to a new heater
  2. Change a bathroom door
  3. Install bath shower in master bathroom toilet. (now only have toilet and sink)
  
  Windows:
  1. Change Living rooms louvered window and common rooms louvered window to new louvered window: approximated 110cm (width) x 115cm (height).
  
  Electrical works:
  1. Add power points and sockets in the 2 bedrooms and living room (may be 3 additional points in total).
  2. Add electrical breaker, and change electrical box casing (if possible)
  3. Change master bathrooms ceiling light
  4. Change common room sockets
  
  Miscellaneous Items:
  1. Supply labour with acid washing whole house
  2. Supply labour to clean up whole house windows and grills
  3. Supply Corrugated board to protect whole house existing flooring
  4. Supply labour to summit HDB application, for all renovation Works
